MP4 video with resolution 1920X1090 cannot be played in IE/Edge or Safari

      Summary

      Videos that has 1920 x 1090 resolutions cannot run on IE, Edge and Safari. In IE/Edge when the video thumbnail is clicked the video player will only show a blank screen. In Safari it will show "Ouch! We can't load the media file" error message.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Upload a video with resolution (1920X1090) to a Confluence page.
      2. Save or Update the Confluence Page.
      3. Click on the video

      Expected Results

      Video player able to render and play the video while using IE/Edge or Safari.

      Actual Results

      1. In IE/Edge when the video thumbnail is clicked the video player will only show a blank screen.
      2. In Safari it will show "Ouch! We can't load the media file" error message.

      Workaround

      Resize the the video to 1920 x 1080 and 1280 X 738. Other resolutions might work as well but it has not been tested.
