Character Encoding Issue inside of "Related Questions" sidebar with Questions for Confluence

Environment

Confluence 6.7.0, 6.7.1, 6.7.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up a few related questions to create content in Related Questions list with special characters in the title
2. Make sure the related content plugin next to the questions is enabled
3. Notice special characters in the headings continue to have character encoding issues inside the Related Questions side bar

Expected Results

When you open up an individual question, a Related Questions sidebar appears to the right of the content. These question links should not have special characters have issues with character encoding

Actual Results

Character encoding issues continue to display in the related questions sidebar

Resolution

Upgrade to Confluence Questions 2.6.8 or newer.
