Test Environment:

1. Confluence 6.7.0
2. Firefox 57.04 , Chrome 64
3. Windows 10 Pro with NVDA installed

Steps to reproduce:

1. In Windows , use the NVDA Screen Reader
2. Create from template
3. Confluence will prompt the Create dialog where list of blueprint will be presented

Expected behaviour
Screen reader will read the list of the blueprint.

Actual Behaviour
Screen reader went quiet when cursor is on top of the Create dialog. Create Button not audible.
