Cmd + S doesn't publish the page if used inside title

Summary:

When editing/creating new pages, providing the title and then immediate clicking on cmd + s shortcut, Confluence does not publish the page anymore

• 6.6.0 : When entered title only - Saves as page; when entered title and tab to the page editor - Saves the page
• 6.7.0 : When entered title only - Saves as HTML; when entered title and tab to the page editor - Saves the page
• 6.7.1 : When entered title only - Saves as HTML; when entered title and tab to the page editor - Saves the page
