Summary

Closing or leaving new template created from the create from template macro will redirect you to the Dashboard instead of the parent page where macro is added.

Environment

Confluence 6.6.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create page 1
2. As a child create a page 2
3. On page 2 add create from template macro
4. Save the page and click the macro
5. When the template is open, close or leave the template.

Expected Results

The page will be redirected to the original page 2 where the macro was added.

Actual Results

The page is redirected to the Confluence Dashboard.

Notes

This feature was working in 6.2.2 and this looks like a regression.
