Short Single Issue links to JIRA

As a user i would like to be able to configure the fields of the "Single Issue" Jira Issue Link so that i can have shorter links inline with text that looks nice when for example the summary is long. This would be useful for example in tables with several column.

Basically, this is a duplicate of CONFSERVER-25966, I'm creating a new issue since I'm not sure whether someone will monitor the closed old issues. CONFSERVER-25966 was closed because "I really wouldn't want to making it more complicated by having settings as to how it displayed, so we don't have any plans to make this change." As of now, there is already a configuration GUI for this links but it's mainly for Tables and not for Single Issues. Therefore, IMHO the previous reason for closing this no longer applies.
