Confluence running on Docker on NGINX causes Permissions Error

      Summary

      Confluence on Docker with Postgres and NGINX throws a permissions error after you enter the database details:

      (13: Permission denied) while reading upstream

      Upon startup, the system looks fine, but as soon as you connect an external database and hit Next, the UI is sluggish and once it loads, the CSS is missing.

      Environment

      • Confluence on Docker
      • NGINX
      • Postgres (in testing)

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Setup Confluence on Docker environment with NGINX and connect to external Postgres Database
      • On the database step, after inputting the information, you will notice the problem.

      Expected Results

      • Database should connect normally and Confluence should load with no issues.

      Actual Results

      UI is sluggish
      CSS is missing
