Adjust on 'Confluence Data Center on Azure' documentation

Under the last section - 'Additional steps required for SSL' - we state the following:

2. In the <connector> element, change the scheme attribute to https.

That is correct, but we also need to change the ProxyPort attribute to '443' - which is the default HTTPS port.
