Can't add Team Space name after adding long list of team members

Summary

When users misses out or forgets to add the space name while creating a Team Space and goes to add a long list of team members, then they are not able to scroll up to add or modify the space name. So when they leave space name field blank the create button will be disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Team Space in Confluence.
2. In the dialog box, just leave space name field blank with no values.
3. Go ahead and add team members [say 15 - 20] till we see the space name field goes to top of dialog box and becomes invisible.

Expected Results

A scroll bar should be appearing at the side of the dialog box to allow users to scroll up and add a space name.

Actual Results

There is no scroll bar or any way to go to top of the dialog box, for adding the space name.

Workaround

Users have to cancel the whole process or go back then start creating the space from beginning, and have to make sure they enter space name before entering team members.
