Environment:

Confluence 6.4.3, postgreSQL 9.5

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new page, title should contain "+" sign for example: 'Page with a + sign'
2. Add the excerpt macro and add some content to macro body
3. Create second page with any title, add excerpt include macro and include page 'Page with a + sign' created earlier
4. Enter edit mode and click on the excerptinclude macro. Choose "Go to Included Page"

Expected result

Confluence will redirect to page 'Page with a + sign'

Actual result

"Page non Found" error will be thrown

Other info

• When "+" sign is removed from title of the page, "Go to Included Page" feature works properly.
• Bug is reproducible as well with third-party macros Multi Excerpt and Multi Excerpt Include (part of "Multi Excerpt" add-on)
