Expired Users from AD not removed in Confluence

Summary

Users that are expired in Active Directory are supposed to be removed from Confluence during the first sync after the expiration date.

Environment

Confluence 6.5
AD 2012 R2

Steps to Reproduce

Set up a Connector in Confluence to sync with AD.
Tick "Filter out expired users" in the Connector tab

Expected Results

Expired users removed when the Directory is synchronized.

Actual Results

User is still in Confluence after synchronizing

Notes

This issue is fixed on crowd 2.12, however Confluence 6.5 is still using Embedded crowd 2.3.3, and crowd 2.10.3-api
