I was just talking to a partner and they were unable to view the Demonstration Space. This was incredibly surprising given that anonymous users had the view permission! That makes no sense for 99% of use cases.

We need to ensure that any permissions that the anonymous user group has are inherited by the other groups. I can't see a use case where this would not be the case.

Given the possibility of other use cases that we have not forseen, it would be ideal if by default any anonymous user permissions were inherited but the automatic inheritance of anonymous permissions could be turned on and off.
