Problem

Sometimes the users are not contributing to some space, e.g. the space contains an official process description. Of course if you are contributing to the document, you want to share your comments with the other contributors. However, sometimes you are just a consumer of the document and you just want to make some notes for some sections or statements.

Suggestion

Allow marking the inline comments as private and in such cases show them only to the user that originaly created the comment.
