Page Properties Report does not populate Table of Content macro

Page properties Report does not populate the Table of Content macro nested in Page Properties

Step to reproduce:

1. Create a page called Parent Page. Use Parent Page.txt for its Storage Format
2. Create the child page the Parent Page and use Child Page.txt for its Storage Format
3. Label the Child Page as "test1"

Expected Behavior

Page Properties Report should populate Table of Content details in List once you save the page. 

Actual Behavior

The list of content only populated in Page Properties Report preview mode, but not after you save the page

Workaround

Add table of contents macro within an excerpt macro outside of the property macro, and then use an except include within the property macro.
