As a user of Collaborative Editing, I want the ability to publish my own changes and have the option to not include other people's changes in draft so I don't publish draft changes that aren't ready.

This is a very important feature as we don't want to publish things that people might not be completely finished with especially if it's critical information to the business.

This is a show stopper for upgrading Confluence to 6.4+ from 5.10. We could upgrade but we wouldn't enable Collaborative Editing but we feel then there's no purpose to upgrade.
