Problem Definition
If a user wants to email a file attached to a Confluence page, they must save the attachment to their computer and then attach it to an email. Confluence can "share" attachments by linking to them in Confluence, but this wouldn't work if the file needs to get sent to someone that doesn't have access to Confluence.
Suggested Solution
Confluence should have the ability to either send the actual attachment via email, or allow a user to drag/drop a file from Confluence into an email client like Outlook.
