We (and probably many users) want to add stats tracking to Confluence. This usually involves signing up with a tracking service (we have Omniture) and dropping some HTML & javascript on every page in the site. In the case of omniture, we put the code right after the body tag. But other tracking systems would want it in the head, or at the bottom of the body.

In any case, I think we want an admin function that will let us drop some arbitrary HTML into a page at a certain point.
