Summary

When a page is created with a title starting with a !@#$ character that page does not show under !@#$ in the page index macro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Put a page index macro on a page
2. Create a page starting with one of these characters

   !@#$  

   Expected Results

   The page would be listed under the heading: !@#$

   Actual Results

   The page does not show under any header on the page index macro results.
