LDAP users that has created content in Confluence should be kept in Confluence cache after being deleted in LDAP side

      Current behavior:

      LDAP users that are deleted from LDAP side will be removed in Confluence user cache after a synchronization.

      This causes incident where content that was created by these users will be displayed to be created by "Unknown User":

      Desired behavior:

      It will be great to not remove these users in the Confluence user cache, once these users have created content.

      Suggestion:
      As per behavior in JIRA, it'll be great if these users are displayed as deactivated users instead
