Add ability to change the style of the contentbylabel macro

      As per CONF-5137, some users want to be able to modify the style of the contentbylabel macro... This might involve defining borders, colours, etc.

            I agree with this. My team would love to see the ability to display the date of each page.... this is possible with other macros so why not this one?

            What I'm most interested in at the moment is having consistency across the macros, so that if I can do something in

            {children}

            then I should be able to do the same with

            {contentbylabel}
