Description
Summary
On upgrade, if Confluence is configured for database attachments, these are not exported to the filesystem.
Environment
- Confluence 6.3.2
- Database attachments
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Confluence 5.0.3 and configure for Database attachments via General Configuration >> Attachment Storage (/admin/attachmentstoragesetup.action)
- Create a page and attach some files
- Confirm files are in the database
select attachmentdataid, attversion, attachmentid from attachmentdata; select count(*) from attachmentdata;
- Upgrade to Confluence 5.10.8 and confirm that attachments are still stored in the database (/admin/attachmentstoragesetup.action)
- Upgrade to Confluence 6.3.2 and confirm that attachments are still stored in the database (/admin/attachmentstoragesetup.action)
Expected Results
As database storage is deprecated, the attachments should be exported to the filesystem

Attachments are still in the database, this leads to errors such as

Workaround
