      Nested column macro causes broken table width in PDF export file

      Environment

      Application: stock Confluence 6.2, 6.3.2 64bit Linux
      Database: H2
      Browser: 55.0.2883.95 (64-bit)

      Replication steps
      • Case 1, One-column table:
      1. Create new confluence page
      2. Create table1 1x column 2x rows
      3. Add Column Macro to first column second row. Set column width to 50%
      4. Add second nested table2 2x columns, 2x rows inside column macro
      5. Click on "..." -> Export to PDF
        • Expected result
          Table1 width will be preserved in PDF file
        • Actual result
          Table1 width is broken on PDF export

      • Case 2. Mutli-column table
      1. Create Confluence page
      2. Create table1 2x columns 2x rows
      3. Add Column Macro to first column second row. Set column width to 50%
