Description

Currently, confluence does not have the feature to add a user to another group than the confluence-users group when creating a new user. This causes new user is not receiving an email if the confluence admin removed the confluence-users group from the global permission page.

Suggestion

Allow admin to specific newly created user to join which group by default when creating a new user.
