Problem Definition
Microsoft had just released their first public release candidate for MS. SQL Server 2017.
Suggested Solution
To officially support MS. SQL Server 2017 as one of Confluence's supported Database.
Why this is important
Confluence should be supported against Generally Available releases of Databases that have been supported on previous versions.
