Currently, embedding a file (image, video etc) in a Confluence page means it is visible in the page and space's attachments and can be downloaded by anyone with relevant view permissions. It would be helpful if admins could set permissions on the downloading of attachments.

Why a user with only view rights be allowed to download the document/content. After all if we are using Confluence as our Knowledge base then we also need to restrict the content downloading to protect our intellectual property from further dissemination
