Problem Summary

Perhaps a scenario like this; someone opens a new blank page and then changes their mind about wanting that new page. The only two choices are selecting the top back arrow or by selecting Close at the bottom of the page. Either way, Confluence end up creating an empty draft page and store inside the database. The amount of empty draft can pile up over time, especially on the large user base. 

Expected Behaviour

• Confluence does not store empty draft pages
• Provide user with option to Cancel draft page 

Actual Behaviour

• Confluence save the page as a draft (though it has no content or title)
