Team Calendar - configuration to display week number at Calendar settings rather than global

      As part of the CONFSERVER-51397 a "W" (week) column had been added to the calendar display, which is great for the teams that want to see it, but adds additional clutter to teams that do not. It would be very helpful if this setting could be instead added to individual Calendar settings similar to the way it currently has setting to hide weekend.
