Steps

1. Click the create other button (the one with "...").
2. Select the DACI decision template and click Next.
3. In the dialog, populate the Driver and Approver fields with user values.
4. Click the due date field to select a date.

What happened...
The Driver and Approver fields become blank and no longer turn up results if you try to search for a person in them after they became blank

What should have happened...
The Driver and Approver fields should not become blank.

Note that with the fields blank, going ahead and creating the page means they are still populated with the previously entered data.
