Description

The keyboard shortcut key b to add blog is not working in confluence and Ctrl+shift+N to add number list in confluence page is not working in chrome. User will not be able to add a blog with the keyboard shortcut key b and Ctrl+shift+N in Chrome

Steps to reproduce issue shortcut key B

1. Login confluence
2. Press B in the keyboard to activate the shortcut key feature.

Expected Result
User is being redirected to add blog page

Actual Result
nothing happen

Steps to reproduce issue shortcut key Ctrl+shift+N

1. Access confluence with Chrome browser
2. Edit a page
3. Press Ctrl+shift+N in the keyboard to activate the shortcut key feature.
4. An incognito chrome browser appear

Expected Result
The number list appear on the confluence page

Actual Result
An incognito chrome browser appear as the shortcut key is having conflicts with the shortcut key in chrome.
