      Summary

      WebDAV does not work with Crowd SSO using Finder on MacOS

      Environment

      • Mac OS X
      • Finder (native file explorer)
      • Crowd SSO configured with Confluence

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure Crowd SSO with Confluence: Integrating Crowd with Atlassian Confluence
      2. Open Finder and follow this guide: Configuring a WebDAV client for Confluence

      Expected Results

      When connected, you should see Confluence content in a file system structure

      Actual Results

      Finder window displays an empty folder

      The below exception is thrown in the atlassian-confluence.log file:

      Workaround

      Use a different platform or a third-party tool such as Cyberduck
