reduce Confluence email notification size

Our customers are noticing that our mail notification size can be rather large (about 500 KB or more).

In order to fix the issue, these are potential valid options:

• Option to limit email file size (truncate reset)
• Option to send email as a plaintext.
• Option to switch template if email size exceeds desired limit.
