tables copied from Microsoft Excel are pasted as an image in on Microsoft Edge

Summary

Pasting a table from Microsoft Excel to Confluence on Microsoft Edge will paste as .png image instead of a table

Environment

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Confluence
2. Navigate to a page and click on the edit button
3. Go to Microsoft Excel and copy a couple of table cells with data in it
4. Paste it into the Confluence page

Expected Results

A table should be pasted into a Confluence page

Actual Results

Content from excel is pasted as a .png image, as per image below:

As you can see that the top part is displaying as a table when copied over Google Chrome browser. The lower part marked in red is copied over to Microsoft Edge and it turns into an image.

Workaround

Issue does not occur in different browsers
