The createpage Webwork action with wysiwygContent parameter containing wiki markup results to an error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to navigate to

   http://localhost:1990/confluence/pages/createpage-entervariables.action?templateId=0&spaceKey=MS&title=something&newSpaceKey=MS&fromPageId=819202&wysiwygContent={cheese}&boardTemplate=true

Expected Results

The user is taken to the page with the cheese macro displayed

Actual Results

The below error appears:

Something went wrong after loading the editor. Copy your unsaved changes and refresh the page to keep editing.

Notes

Verified that this currently works in version 5.10.8 but does not work on 6.1.1

Workaround

Using the rest api api/content still allows the user to create a page with a macro
