If you try to apply a style to part of a paragrpah, the entire paragraph gets the style – see comment to CONF-5049

Steps to repro (from CONF-5409)
----- start test data ----
(select paragraph style)
(type 'one') (press shift + enter key)
(type 'two') (press shift + enter key)
(type 'three') (press shift + enter key)
------ end test data -------

Expected: Applying style applies that style to only the text selected
Actual: Applying style applies style entire paragaph
