Allow import of ICS files that do not contain time zone data

      Hi Sherif,

      Thanks for allowing us to help test out the new plugin. It looks promising so far! However, we did run into an issue with migrating data from the old calendar plugin to the new one.

      For some calendars, we were able to import data successfully, however for others, we got an error that no valid timezone information was provided.

      I've attached two sample ical files - one which imports successfully and one which doesn't (working.ics and broken.ics, respectively). I've also attached a screenshot of the error.
