Provide the capability to create links that open a new page in the browser

      I have this problem on Windows 2K and XP, with IE6 or Firefox 1.5.

      It is extremely useful to be able to create a link that will open a new browser page.

      This should work using the Rich Text editor or the Wiki Markup.
      The resulting markup should be something like:

      Alias

      This should be converted into HTML like:
      <a href="http://www.external.com/"targetNew Browser Page Name">Alias</a>

      This could also be useful with links to pages within the Confluence system too.
