Improve the readability and quick scanning of setting your default timezone

      When a user loads team calendars for the first time they get this:

      With the assumption that most know start with their country rather than their timezone offset, we should change the display formatting of this dialog so its "Country/City (Timezone)"

      Has two benefits:
      1. Quick typing (So I can type Aus...) and quickly search the dialog
      2. Improves scalability when I quickly look down the list looking for my timezone

            I think Country is the way to go, so people could type their country first.
