Use AUI jQuery UI instead of bundling it

      Team Calendars shipping its own jQuery UI libraries is causing some problems, like conflicts with Confluence jQuery.autocomplete plugin (because it clashes with jQuery UI autocomplete one). If we all use AUI versions, there will be no more conflicts
