Ideally meetings rooms could be resources attached or scheduled into a meeting...these would have their own availability calendars and be linked to location or really they would define location (Meeting Room 2, Level 4, 30 Gawler Rd).

Rooms could have specs: number of people it can hold, projector, whiteboard etc

i.e I want to schedule a meeting: I find an available meeting room an invite it to the meeting as well...this could be done with other resources (laptops, projectors, vehicles, etc).

I need a corporate car to get somewhere for a meeting...I can book it it out?

This might rely on seeing availability across multiple calendars.
