Allow JIRA calendars to select custom date fields from project

      We had this request a few times at Summit.

      A lot of customers want to map out custom date fields form JIRA into Confluence. E.g. they might have a "EAP Date, BETA Date, QA Due Date etc...".

      Ideally, the JIRA calendar should allow you to map out custom date fields, not just issue due dates.

            When using custom date fields on Team Calendar... if you try to subscribe outlook they don´t show... only using Issue Created Date.
