Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a child page under a Space's Home page
2. Then remove this page
3. Now add re-add this same page (same title, parent and content)
4. In trying to add this page you will get this error message:
"The page specified does not exist."

You will also see two occurrences of this file appear in the child listing in the parent Home page (that aren't accessible)
