Week start date should be selectable

Currently the monthly view, weekly view, and event add/edit screens show weeks always starting on Monday. As a new user, I've made too many mistakes to count because as a US citizen, I expect to see a week's display starting with Sunday.

The plugin should be configurable to specify what on which day the week begins.
