Improve edits for repeating events so that they don't delete previous events or ask the user if they want to update old events

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Editing recurring events will delete all previous events, unless the start date is changed accordingly.

      We should either fix this up so it doesn't remove the previous events, or create a dialog that asks the user if they want to remove the previous events or not.
