Problem

Once you've setup a JIRA Calender with a few issues to retrieve Confluence Team Calendars keeps spinning and takes some time to load the events.

It depends on how much events you are picking up from JIRA.

This has some connection to TEAMCAL-646 but does not need to be custom fields.

Steps to reproduce(assuming that you have a working version of Confluence, and have already installed Team Calendars)

1. Setup Application links with jira.atlassian.com
2. Configure this newly created link, and go to "Outgoing Authentication"
3. Go to "Basic Access" and use your own credentials for jira.atlassian.com
4. Create a new Calendar, Select JIRA Calendar
5. Name as you want, no need for description or space.
6. Server, select Atlassian JIRA
7. Display, Saved filter and type CONF Top... and it should bring CONF Top Voted New Features and Improvements, select this
8. Select all check boxes.
9. Save

Now it will take about 10 seconds to load all events, sometimes more.
