Version due dates not displayed for JQL query using category

      A JIRA team calendar created using the JQL query 

      category = "Development Projects"

      and Version Due Date selected does not display any events. They are displayed if I change the JQL to 

      project in (x)

      where x is a list of all the projects in the Development Projects category.
