Outlook 2010 "The file is not a valid Internet Calendar file"

      Attempting to subscribe to the attached calendar in Outlook 2010 produces the error "The file is not a valid Internet Calendar file", this same calendar works in Outlook 2003. Is there an issue with the iCal format being produced here?

            The following alert appears in the event logs.

            Microsoft Outlook
            The file "d04e2ebf-17e4-49ee-865e-6f5a58229d97" is not a valid Internet Calendar file.
            P1: 301862
            P2: 14.0.4763.1000
            P3: 1yb5
            P4: 0x80040106

            The error 0x80040106 is apparently a MAPI_E_UNKNOWN_FLAGS error. So looks like an issue with the Exchange server.
