Outlook 2010 "The file is not a valid Internet Calendar file"

      Attempting to subscribe to the attached calendar in Outlook 2010 produces the error "The file is not a valid Internet Calendar file", this same calendar works in Outlook 2003. Is there an issue with the iCal format being produced here?
