Licensing not handled correctly in OnDemand

      The merge of the UPM 2.0 branch has caused com.atlassian.confluence.extra.calendar3.license.LicenseAccessor#isOnDemandLicense to always return false. This means that licensing is not being handled correctly by Team Calendars in OnDemand mode, e.g. the licensing admin page is visible.
