      We should either put an icon instead of the persons profile pic for birthday or maybe put it in the inline dialog?

            So to clarify:

            • For Birthday events we show the icon.
            • For Leave and Travel we show the avatars (no change).
            • For "Event" events we show no icon, or the avatar if there is a person assigned to the event (no change).

            Agree, although with Travel and Leave, showing the persons profile picture is probably more valuable? because it shows you Who? So I'm keen to leave the profile picture for leave and travel..
