No Print Page Orientation in Google Chrome if Team Calendars 4.1.x is Installed

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      When printing in Confluence via Google Chrome, the default page orientation is set to Landscape. However, the options to override this default in Chrome print preview is disabled.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Team Calendars 4.1.x version (in my case 4.1.3)
      2. Open a Confluence page in Google Chrome (version 31.0.1650.63)
      3. The Print orientation option should be displayed like this:
      4. However, the result is the following with Team Calendars installed:

      Note that it doesn't happen with Team Calendars 4.0.x versions.
